Diverse perspectives, varied cultural values, and a balance of points of view are part of the ingredients we use in our design formula, but also fundamental topics that we value in our organization. Since 2023, Pitá has had a permanent committee that develops diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.

Our diversity, equity, and inclusion committee works to ensure that Pitá is increasingly able to incorporate the experiences and points of view of the entire diverse composition of our workforce.

The committee meets monthly, together with office leaders, external consultants, and our diversity coordinator to evaluate diversity and inclusion efforts, reviewing, remodeling, and improving our policies.

Plurality is a key element for the success of an agenda focused on diversity. Our DE&I team, responsible for targeted hiring, works to establish links with important networks, such as collectives, organizations, and colleges linked to minority groups, students, and professionals.
